About VALO-CD

VALO-CD is a collection of software that is:

• high quality
• translated into Finnish
• available for Windows
• published with a free and open soruce licence

VALO-CD version 1 was published on October 10^th, 2008. The newest VALO-CD to date is version 6. See the list of programs and guides (in Finnish). VALO-CD.fi has had almost 100 000 unique visitors in two years, which is quite a lot in a country like Finland with just 5 miljon inhabitants. VALO-CD is loosely based on The Open Disc project, which in turn was based on The Open CD. Our translations have been sent upstream to The Open Disc project.
